Food Journal

One of the biggest reasons that people keep gaining weight is that they do not realize how much they eat and when they eat it. We have found that a food log will help you to see just how much you eat and why you eat it. You will find that you are usually not eating because you are hungry. Most of the time you are feeding another emotion. Whether that be boredom, stress, or any other emotion. We challenge you to track your eating habits for a week.
